(Cooler on the AeroCool Cylon 4 processor) Properly installed the processor according to the instructions! put on thermal paste! We launch our miracle, start the cooler, start the bp. (at first the power supply unit clicked and did not start the system unit) then it started, but the radiator, which was located near the processor, began to get very hot and the power supply unit went into protection and cut off the system after 15 seconds. What could be the problem?????

Either some component is initially faulty, or jambs were made during assembly. Maybe they already burned something.
