Problem sending mail in Exchange 2013?

Good day.
Installed winserv2012(AD) and winserv2012(Exchange2013).
Mail is not sent, letters get into drafts. Problem when working with OWA. Configured through the standard box setting

Thanks to everyone who responded.
We close it, the problem was in the DNS, the requests went not to the internal DNS, but to the external one, which knows nothing about the domain.
