[Problem] Same CSS, same browser, different display. (Opera/Chrome only)

There are 2 identical codes:
purecss.io/layouts/marketing
misterkust.kd.io (koding.com)
In the second case in Chrome and in Opera, the top menu creeps down and becomes too high.
I just can't figure out where the error could be if the code is identical?

most likely a rendering bug, because if you manually call the reflow header, then everything becomes fine. You can check this: disable and then enable float:right for your menu in the debugger.
