Problem: I closed the project, then I reopen it, but some meshes got lost in position and size. Why?

Greetings!

Because of what can the position and size of the mesh in space go astray? Finished modeling, closed Blender. But the next time you open the project, the scene is already in chaos with some meshes:

Yes, I found the problem. In your workspace for animation, even the windows are set up as on a simulation, which confirms this, it looks like you somehow switched to this workspace once, and worked on it for some time :)
That is, moving, rotating and scaling objects were perceived like animation. And since you did not create a key frame with a changed position, the animation was not saved. It's just that you didn't need it.

On each object, you have an animation with one key frame, and if you sort through them, everything turns into complete chaos ...

To prevent this from happening again, do not model in the animation workspace ;)
And to remove all these animations from objects:
1. In the Outliner window, select the Blender File mode.

2. Expand the Actions list, and select them all.

3. Right click on any of them and choose Delete.

And also, the walls are normal with the reverse side out.

Here I wrote about how to fix it.
And also, it's better to copy identical meshes through ALT-D, the project will weigh less, and consequently, it will "eat" less video memory. And now to connect the selected objects with one grid CTRL-L => Object Data.
