What framework to use to display business information (WebGL)?

Need advice from a developer working with WebGL.
The task was to implement the platform using this technology. The platform carries various charts, wave charts... Must be responsive, well-scalable and cross-platform.
Plain css, html5 - not welcome. You need to use canvas, WebGL and other frameworks. I watched blend4web, three.js, pixi.js. A fairly similar technology is used on iqoptions.com. Tell me where it would be more correct to direct your gaze (framework, technology, etc.)?

It is interesting that you have already listed the main systems for working with webgl. I don't see unity on this list, but that's for the best.
So you have to choose from two engines threejs and blend4web (pixi is 2d). Both meet the requirements of cross-platform and scalability. In the first case, it is a software library, and in the second case, it is a framework.
Compare and choose.
In general, I will summarize. Again, this is purely my opinion. Blend4Web is more suitable for commercial use than threejs. Although maybe this is just my craving for the convenience of work ...
