In general, recently I began to notice that Start is displayed incorrectly, some kind of short strip appeared, transparent, although due to the fact that the release of my copy of the system does not provide for transparency, this is some kind of jamb.

Download Latest Updates... I also saw patches somewhere on the oszone.net forum to solve this problem.
