Problem connecting to archive ubuntu?

Hello. Recently, while downloading and installing programs, in the terminal, the process began to terminate with messages:
"E: Failed to get ru.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/r/run-one/r... Unable to connect to ru .archive.ubuntu.com :http :
Failed to fetch some archives;"

And following these links (ru.archive) the site simply does not work.
Who knows how to solve?
I would be grateful for a detailed answer.

check your network settings.
The address " ru.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/r/run-one/r... " is available at your link
Try to add it to "/etc/resolv.conf" in separate lines!!!
nameserver 8.8.8.8
nameserver 8.8.4.4
