Is it easy to "jump" off docker?

Hello.
I have no experience with docker, I want to try it to easily move the application between production, dev server, test server, developers' local machines.
The question is how easy will it be to abandon docker at some point in the active life of a web application?
What can be a rake? What should be considered when setting up the environment?

Docker will not add its entity when setting up the server.
Those. All software settings are according to its documentation.
So, theoretically, it will not be difficult to jump off, but the question is which alternative do you choose? so far there are no viable alternatives

Isn't it possible to move applications without Docker? Maybe I don’t know how to cook it, but even it doesn’t inspire confidence in me.

The question is which docker alternative will you use.
I'm much more pleased with the absence of containers and setting up via ansible and analogues.

Once having understood, you will never want to get off (in the foreseeable future).
The configs for the services will not have to be changed much, mainly only the routing places (but such places are easy to find, and there are not so many of them). And then the question is where you will climb.
