One-way synchronization of 2 folders?
win 7, on the computer there are 2 "heavy disks" hdd 1tb and 120gb, on one disk there is a folder with files, on the second you need the same folder with files, backup, but that there would be one-way synchronization, that is, the files were not deleted, even if removed from the first disc and overwritten if changed on the first disc. Tell me the software or if there are any settings in win, or at least the direction of the search, thanks.

Robocopy utility has been built into Windows since version 7.
Only this should be enough:
Add this line to backup.bat, go to the control panel, look for "Task Scheduler" or "Task Schedule" there (the easiest way is through the search form).
In the scheduler, add a task to execute this bat file.
Beforehand, just in case, I would run it manually and on the test folder by analogy with the above written, I would make the test folder, copy it with the robocopy command with keys, delete the test, a couple of files in the initial folder, modify others and run it again to make sure that everything works as it should and then add it to the scheduler.
I think rsync for windows
will help you
Also look towards Cobian Backup
