What is the task / project : online consultations of the "Expert-Client" type (one-to-one communication).
What you need : You need a ready-made solution that allows you to communicate via audio and video communication between the Expert and the Client (chat is optional). The ability to communicate (i.e. communication via WebRTC) must be built into the site using a script/iframe.

I have not yet found good quality ready-made solutions using WebRTC. But, perhaps, they are - so I ask you to advise some ready-made products (paid). It is desirable to have the ability to record communication (voice, video is not needed), view statistics. It is assumed that there are many Experts and Clients and they can all communicate in parallel (i.e. Client 1's session with Expert 1 should not affect or affect other sessions of other Clients and Experts in any way).
Examples of ready-made solutions : Consolto - not suitable, because Poor quality solution: there is no possibility of internationalization, crooked chats, etc. tokbox- an adequate product, but it is more likely to be focused on conferences and communication of more than 2 people, and in my case there will never be more than 2 people in touch, in addition, there is no (did not find) the ability to moderate the broadcast or limit the number of participants in the settings. ComeChat - maybe that's what I'm looking for, but I can't test it - the trial payment just doesn't work %). Examples of using solutions with WebRTC can be found on adult sites (if anything, my site is not on this topic), but they use their own services, and not some ready-made solutions (it's not surprising).
Technologies used : the site is created on WordPress, server memory limits, etc. may not be taken into account.

Have a look at the already frozen simplewebrtc project (it's promoted by talky.io, easy to use, I guess it's based on it).
Why are you not satisfied with the existing solutions? your task is stated to be very simple - chat and save logs. At most, all your problems are a solution to webrtc problems created by providers (often mobile) stun servers and so on.
