Printing defect kyocera FS-1135MFP, how to fix?

Hello, I have a kyocera FS-1135MFP MFP in my office. Recently I got a message that the waste toner box is full. I cleaned it and wiped the drum (it had toner residue on it). Then the printer began to print with a small defect, a stroke appeared in the center of the sheet, which was duplicated every 8-7 cm along the length of the sheet.
But today it turned out that things have become even worse.

Maybe due to the fact that you poked around in the cartridge incorrectly.
