HP printer receiving job but not printing?

Good afternoon!
There is a problem with the HP LaserJet Pro MFP M125ra.
When you try to print something, the job is sent to the print queue and then to the printer. The MFP signals the receipt of the job with the corresponding indicator, but printing does not occur.
Sometimes it turns out to print one or two jobs if the printer has just turned on.
The same problems and when copying.
Has anyone encountered this problem, how can I solve it?
