Now experimenting, I found the site print-post.com. Wonderful functionality, at the end of its work it produces pdf, the required size is 110x220 mm, the only problem is that the envelope does not fit horizontally into the printer. You need to put it vertically. Here's how to rotate the printed text, I didn't finish it. You can change the paper orientation in the printer settings, but the text orientation remains the same.

If you print from MS Word, there is this paper format, called the envelope DL. In the settings, respectively, the landscape layout of the sheet. This does not mean that you should shove it into the printer in the same form, insert it into the printer as it fits, that is, along.
