Is there such an opportunity in Adobe XD: to design a flyer / postcard / banner, etc. for printing? How to bring the finished design to a vector file?

In general, it is far from being right for this, but in theory it is possible.
Either output immediately to pdf - 99% of printing houses accept it, or copy everything into illustrator and from there to any other.
