I ask for advice. Which direction would be more practical?

Started learning HTML and CSS as a hobby/just for fun. It became interesting to make up the design, it helps to think.
Either laziness or lack of motivation led to a small stupor. Information refuses to get into the head (
Closer to the point.
I did it all on Yukoz (yes, I'm a beginner *, but it kind of annoys me, my choice). I would like more space for further development. I haven't studied the CMS/SaaS itself (there are system codes, other subtleties), maybe this is a mistake, maybe it's not so terrible and you can do something worthwhile. But I don't think so. She's too "not customizable". There is a lot of participation in it. To fix the system buttons and remove some unnecessary scripts, you need to pay and cook the code. Which is a little difficult for me - not a java script, not a jukery, I did not study. Either laziness from a bunch of information, or I'm just not good for this.
So, I ask for advice on the following issues / areas:
1. Which CMS or SaaS to choose?- with intuitive control, setting. Pure systemic (customizable design, "guts")
2. How to study markup languages more deeply? - Can you advise some resources where you can "easily" learn them.
3. What hosting to choose for these cases? - For starters, free or shareware, so that the site is available for the duration of the study. To install the design and usability audit (Yandex web visor, direct people to view the site).
4. How to more accurately understand your direction? - I.e. Perhaps you yourself have encountered this issue - design, layout, programming? - for further application of knowledge for example freelancing or stocks to obtain financial benefits.
For example, I'll leave what I have at the moment. Yes, everything was abandoned due to the lack of an idea, and subsequently, and unfortunately, the “fuse” disappeared. Just for an example, so to speak.

, I combined the hobby... but still damp, I won't spend time in any way :) Sarkasar
I would be very grateful for constructive criticism. Everyone started somewhere and gave up something. Thanks :)

1. Which CMS or SaaS to choose? - with intuitive control, setting. Clean system (custom design, "insides")
You need to understand why. CMS can have a specialization. Now WP and Bitrix are popular
2. How to study markup languages more deeply? - Can you advise some resources where you can "easily" learn them.
Read html5/css documentation, try to implement individual features from scratch.
3. What hosting to choose for these cases? - For starters, free or shareware, so that the site is available for the duration of the study. To install the design and usability audit (Yandex web visor, direct people to view the site).
You can also raise it on your home computer if there is a white static IP. And in general, a white static IP at home is useful for any IT specialist.
4. How to more accurately understand your direction? - I.e. Perhaps you yourself have encountered this issue - design, layout, programming? - for further application of knowledge for example freelancing or stocks to obtain financial benefits.
The direction is impossible to understand. Just learn to do something and do it. The more you learn, the more you will do. And the direction should be sought around the time of graduation, at the very least, the institute, since "talent" is actually the use of existing experience. Maybe in childhood it was successfully drawn and the design will go easier thanks to this. Again, a person is a creature with higher nervous activity, and how your life experience can help you master certain technologies - only you can know after you try.

Which CMS or SaaS to choose?

And why advise something that you would not study it too?))
It is impossible to make a constructor that will not force you to get into the code, take it as the original one.
For the front, learn JS better.
Come to the bookstore, say "I need a book on JavaScript with 700+ pages", they give you, open it somewhere in the middle, read a paragraph, if you don't understand what is written at all - the book is not suitable, ask for another one.
Development is usually carried out on your own computer, and the already working code is uploaded to the hosting.
Learn and practice throughout a little, choose what you like best.
CMS - these are systems tailored for building specific typical sites, WP - blogs, PrestaShop / Magento - email. shops, Drupal - portal, MODx - business cards. "Best" for each project is different.
For a bunch of CMS projects, in principle, it is not suitable.
