The site has a main page where you can go directly to the material, and nothing else (see photo) and a page with the material itself, it is made in a magazine style. Attention to the question: with the progress of the appearance of new articles, it will be necessary to do everything in a new way (design and layout) or you can come up with something for automation so that the editor can fill the site himself, the articles will be the same in structure and style of design, but the elements will change . it is important to keep the style. what do you advise?

why?
Of course you can. This is how all dynamic websites work.
It is not yet clear what your problem is and what an "editor" is in your understanding. Usually there is a database, there is an admin part, where new posts are entered into it using a visual editor, then the posts are displayed in a cycle, pagination is added if necessary.
