How to edit header and footer?

After installing the theme, I ran into a problem. I can’t find where the phone (that came with the theme) from the header was hidden, and the name of the lists, as well as the logo and data on the time of work in the footer. In what files is it all to look for? Or is it generally data from the admin panel (if so, from where specifically)?


I googled, usually they write that the footer.php and header.php files should be in the theme folder, just graft them and that's it. The difficulty is that the theme originally came with a child. And the basic images and text were generally loaded when the child theme was activated from the admin panel. As a result, now when I open the folder with the child theme, I see only 3 files (styles css, funkshns.php, and screenshot.jpg). As I understand it, the downloaded files were installed in the directory with the main theme, although the child one was also activated. but still, at the root of the main theme in the header and footer.php files, there is not a phone number or the names of the footer menu sections.

It turned out that it was in the admin panel, it was written in Layouts. Changed, everything is fine.
