Print multiple files?

Good day. Faced such a problem. I want to print several files at once, select them and send them for printing by right-clicking the mouse. But the first file is printed, then everything hangs. And the last file writes an error. And when you delete it, the printing continues. From another PC in the network everything is fine. The settings seem to be the same. Can you please tell me where to look? Word and Excel files.
