Printing labels generated in php - which printer to take, what (self-adhesive) paper to choose, how to adjust dpi?

Hey!
We have a small startup - an online supermarket. It is necessary to generate labels for each commodity item, which is done.
The label is a high quality color jpg template, which is applied with: barcode, qr code, name, manufacturer and weight - that is, these attributes are unique for each product.
The final label is a picture in jpg, which is immediately displayed in the browser and saved in a folder on the server.
Task: it is necessary to somehow print it out on paper, which will then be glued onto bags for packaging. Conveyor methods, please do not offer. there is no well-established process yet, a cheap and flexible solution is needed, such as a color laser / inkjet printer.
But it remains a mystery to me how to set up dpi and other print amenities? Just compress the image to, for example, 300px per inch and place some labels on paper that will then be cut?

@generalx

Take immediately the labels of the right size and adjust the template to the printer.
