Print Manager won't start?

I have such a problem: on Win7 Ultimate x64 SP1, the print manager does not want to start, that is, every time I need to print something, I start it manually. In Services, the dispatcher is set to start automatically, but this does not help.
Tell me, pliz, how to solve this problem, how to run the atom every time.
