The problem has been around for a long time, after I installed Windows 10. But it only started to infuriate me today. Sometimes, Windows 10 just stupidly does not load some windows, and because of this it is not possible to decide where I poke. Windows 10 has one problem - raw or crooked drivers. In your case, most likely a problem with firewood on the video card.
Or wait for the update of the firewood, or the system, or roll back to the previous version.
