Preserve theme title comment in style.css in WordPpress?

Before activation, it is enough to write the theme name /* Theme Name: sometheme */ in style.css once.
When assembling css, all comments are cleaned. The Theme Check plugin shows this as an error.
Can it be ignored? Or the topic can fly off under some circumstances? Changes without problems.

You can ignore it, but it's extremely difficult.
You can generate styles in a different way, adding to the template.
leave style.css without styles, but with obligatory comments.
