How to apply the theme only in certain windows?

There is one theme that I downloaded because of the dark explorer. But this theme affects not only the explorer, but also all windows, even the installer window, etc., etc. Is it possible to limit the theme to only a separate window (explorer)? Maybe you need to download the program ?
