Now I'm faced with the task of justifying the cost of purchasing a Blade system from HP, telling all the charms of the proposed solution, and predicting the reserve (in terms of time and load) for which this equipment is enough.

look at how the econ part itself is built and draw beautiful graphics on it.
make a comparison between the approach with the "old" equipment and with the "new" equipment, if the drawings are done well and the speech is prepared and rehearsed, then the chances of getting what you need will increase.
