How to put an html link to a specific slide in a presentation?

Hello. Can you please tell me how to make an html-link from the site to a specific slide in a presentation located on the same site?
Is it actually possible to do this?
You can put some kind of anchor on the slide in Power-point, which can then be specified in the html link.

There is such an idea:
For example, I would use a slider:
https://owlcarousel2.github.io/OwlCarousel2/docs/a...
When clicking on the link, the user scrolls to the anchor (block with the slider) and using the event (to.owl. carousel) show the desired slide.
Although it can be done without the library slider. We do everything from start to finish by hand.
