In our application, the task is to provide preprint preparation of various types of data (rendering results in 2D / 3D, tables, graphs) in vector form, that is, so that the user can sketch elements on the sheet and scale them without the terrible effects of raster graphics. In addition, for prepress, you need to add standard elements (arrows, inscriptions, frames), be able to bind elements to a grid, and manage the z-order.
Since the implementation of the latter in full will take a decent amount of time, the question arises whether there are any ready-made software components for prepress or other. That is, to have standard objects - inscriptions, frames, arrows, and at the same time the ability to embed custom objects there.
I understand that the question sounds somewhat chaotic, but, frankly, if someone tells me at least the direction of the search, I will be very grateful.
