Preparing to install a certificate from a certification authority, is it possible to disable it?

When installing a certificate, a window pops out for users (Installing a certificate from a certification authority is being prepared)
We have a lot of clients, as soon as the certificates change, all the crazy grannies start calling those support (they say that something got out in your program!)
This creates just a huge load on technical support line.
As a rule, people are lazy to read, and in information technology full 000000.
If it is possible to disable this through the registry, group policies or in any other way, then please tell me.
