hmm. There is no minimum required knowledge. just dumb no.
Let's take a client with 100 computers who just wants the Internet to work for him, 1s and ... uh ... that's it! he doesn't care how it works. whether he will receive mail from gmail or his server. he makes money! like any other company. and if you give him such an opportunity ... then you get your salary. if the system administrator does not know something ... then he studies it in combat conditions.
take another client. he has virtualization everywhere. clusters. db under terabyte. where could you learn this? yes nowhere! only in combat. if they trust you!
and here we come to the most important thing. everything should work for the client and he should sleep peacefully! and then the client doesn’t give a damn that his main admin types 3 words per minute, slapped all the employees in the office, put a whole refrigerator with beer in his office ... and one day he was caught faping at the workplace.

Now, if I had been given such a resume, I would have hired an enikey worker) Well, maybe an installer) And so you need to indicate which admin (windows, networker, virtual worker) you want to work. If on grids, then leave only what is connected with them and paint in detail. And some skills are generally ... ridiculous.
For example:
1) Installation of a communication line - Fiber-optic communication line, Radio frequency devices. mmm ... they threw the cable and fixed the antennas. Nothing has been written about fiber splicing and radio relay alignment.
2) Building a peer-to-peer network on Microsoft Windows XP / 7 uuu ... several computers were plugged into the switch and the daddies were shared. It's useful, but the admin needs to at least understand static routing, but nothing is written about it.
3) Using the command line ... is that you know how to run ping? And nothing is written about scripting under bat/bash.
4) Creating a wireless network sounds like you just set up a couple of wi-fi routers, maximum in bridge mode. And there is nothing about wi-fi controllers, and indeed about the type of equipment.
5) Setting up a DHCP server did you start Tftpd32 and distribute IP addresses? And there is nothing about tricky options (82 or 128 for example), and most likely you didn’t set it up.
Maybe just write in experience - support for the IT infrastructure of an office for 100,500 people, deployment and maintenance of an "interesting-you-direction" based on "such-and-such technologies"?

Very superficial descriptions
I've been tinkering with the Motorola RFC cli for a month now and spent about that much before calculating wi-fi
I understand hyper-v?
if they posted a resume directly, it would be possible to estimate approximately))) and so the incoming threshold for a system administrator is the main thing to "want" and for 30,000 / month they will teach in Moscow =)
