I would advise you to read T. Kite, D. Kuhn isbn = 978-5-907114-89-0 if you have experience with this database, although it seems to me that you can figure it out even without experience, especially since it is in Russian. As you read and understand at least up to the chapter on data types, by this time you should have a very good idea about the database, read it and look for the Data_Pump and RMAN manual at the same time and practice restoring and backing up the database. And learn to use the documentation on the site - it's better to find it.
