Preload desktop win8.1?

Hello! I have Windows 8.1, the download is installed first in the subway.
After I get out of the subway to the desktop, it just starts to load.
Is it possible to do this when loading (in the subway) the desktop is loaded in the background so that when it is first opened (any desktop applications), it was already loaded (taskbar, shortcuts did not just start to appear)
If this is nonsense, tell me right away =)

Are you talking about immediately after turning on the computer or what? In 8.1, there are settings somewhere so that the desktop immediately after loading the OS.

RMB on the taskbar -> properties -> navigation tab -> checkmark on the item "At logon ..."
