Power atmega328 from usb?

The question is: if you take an atmega328 with a minimum piping (2 22pf capacitors, a 16MHz resonator, + a button cuts with a resistor) and power it from a two-amp five-volt charger from a phone, it will not burn out ?!

Won't burn. The 2-ampere power supply only indicates its maximum current. If the controller consumes less, no one will forcibly pump these two amperes into it.

The consumption of such an atmega328 will be in the region of 15-20 mA.
