Posting photos from albums to the group wall?

Please tell me how can I fully implement the script to post photos from albums on the wall?
Preferably no repetition.
There are two groups, the old one is not alive and the new one is working, I would like to post in the working group, photos from the albums, with the name of the group's album title.
I don't know much about PHP, so I'm asking for help.
