Postcode 53 Asus x99-a what to do?

Description of the problem:
Error 53 when turning on the PC.

Tests:
I tested my netac memory as well as server memory, the result is the same.
I checked the RAM on the second PC, everything works. For the test, I took a cheap qyidia motherboard where the xeon 2620 v3 is now installed, put a percentage there and everything works.

Misunderstandings: The funniest thing is that without RAM at all, I should get code 55, but I still see the same 53.

Measures taken:
- Dropped the battery
- Switched the bar to all slots with memok.
- connected different types of memory reg ecc, non ecc, branded and Chinese starting from 2133mhz cl19 and ending with his own.
- tried to fill in all 8 memory slots
- turned on 4 bars per poking through the slots
- on the switched off PC poked the jumper to completely reset the BIOS
- updated the BIOS to the latest version via USB flashback
- disabled and enabled the xmp profile through the switch.
