Post requests are not sent from the PhoneGap application (Cordova), what to do?

Already there are such questions, did as there and does not work in any way.
From the browser and from the phonegap application, everything works, but after creating via build phonegap, there is no connection.
I changed the cofig file, added a meta tag on the pages themselves, all plugins are there for connection and a white sheet.
I'm using Framework 7 .
Hands down already, help please (
