How to take screenshots of a PhoneGap app for publishing to the AppStore without XCode?

Для публикации приложения в AppStore через itunesconnect.apple.com необходимо загрузить скриншоты приложения под разные разрешения:
3.5-Inch Retina Display Screenshots (required)
4-Inch Retina Display Screenshots (Required)
iPad Screenshots (required if app runs on iPad)
Как лучше это сделать?
Понятное дело что этих устройств у меня нет, XCode ставить на Windows тоже не вариант.

It doesn't have to be screenshots. So you can take a screenshot of a separate part of the application screen with some additional captions and text.

find out how many will be in pixels - and take screenshots from the browser, setting the desired size in responsive design mode
