Portfolio, mine or not?

Hello, I'm interested in the opinions of people who have experienced this. Working in a company or for an individual, does a programmer have the right to indicate the developed projects in his resume without agreeing this with the customer/employer? If the employer asks not to include these projects in the resume, who is right? After all, this is not the appropriation of other people's work?

Everything rests on the "non-disclosure agreement". Are you sure that the information you posted does not violate it? In the case of public services, there are no particular problems, they are already available, but when developing private software, you may have to limit yourself to very general words without revealing either the essence of the project or the goals.
