Port forwarding and marutization on TP-LinK how to make it work?

I have 2 video recorders
1 connected via wifi open ports 80 5445 5446
2 via ethernet ports 80 8000
There is a laptop with open port 80 and others.
And so at the laptop everything is easily forwarded!! All ports that I specify are forwarded!
And the registrars have a problem. I do the same as with a laptop, but they are not forwarded.
192.168.20.6 this laptop works fine
192.168.20.12 this wi-fi router redirects
192.168.20.16 via eth directly connected to
192.168.20.12 everything is available
192.168.20.16 everything is available
I hang ports on 10.168.127.168
And only the laptop hangs hang in principle on 10.168.127.168
Now routing looks like this

Таблица маршрутизации
ID	IP-адрес назначения	Маска подсети	Шлюз	Интерфейс
1	192.168.20.0	255.255.255.0	0.0.0.0	LAN & WLAN
2	10.168.0.0	255.252.0.0	0.0.0.0	WAN
3	239.0.0.0	255.0.0.0	0.0.0.0	LAN & WLAN
4	0.0.0.0      	0.0.0.0      	10.168.0.1	WAN

I can’t understand what’s the matter ... Some kind of Shaitan machine

@zmeyjr

What you don't understand at all.
Is there TP-Link, behind it are two DVRs and a laptop?
Well then, forward for example like this:
8008 -> 80 port 1 of the DVR
8009 -> 80 port 2 of the DVR
8010 -> 80 port of the laptop
Well, further by analogy.

@mgkirs

No no no. It is obvious. I don’t have any ports with allocation, they just ping and the port doesn’t give me anything.
The problem is deeper:
[email protected]:~$ traceroute 192.168.20.12
traceroute to 192.168.20.12 (192.168.20.12), 30 hops max, 60 byte packets
1 192.168.20.12 (192.168.20.12) 6.566 ms 6.2168 ms
7.2222 (192.168.20.12) 7.927 MS 7.926 MS 7.922 MS
KIR @ KIRPC: ~ $ Traceroute 192.168.20.16
Traceroute to 192.168.20.16 (192.168.20.16), 30 Hops Max, 60 BYTE PACKETS
1 192.168.20.16 (192.168.20.16) 5.066 MS 5.330 ms 5.338 ms
[email protected]:~$ traceroute 192.168.20.6
traceroute to 192.168.20.6 (192.168.20.6), 30 hops max, 60 byte packets
1 kirPC.local (192.168.20.6) 0.036 ms 0.006 ms 0.004 ms
[email protected]:~$
But it won't start the shaitan's car
Suddenly the video recorder started working via ethernet.
double trace route scares me
