Popup image descriptions on hover?

I found an interesting article on the pop-up description for the picture

but applying it to my site on wordpress version 4.4.1 it was displayed as it is crooked =\

What could be the problem? Or tell me a plugin with similar tasks?

Without the source code, or at least a link to the page, it's hard to figure it out.
