Is PNG to CMYK possible?
And is there any table that lists vector/graphic formats and a possible color profile?

No, it's not possible. PNG is for images in RGB or gray scale, i.e. using an additive color model, and may also contain an alpha channel. This is not surprising when you remember that PNG stands for Portable Network Graphic, i.e. intended for display on monitors. While CMYK is a subtractive model designed for printing.
For CMYK, you need to use JPEG, TIFF or SVG.
I doubt such a table would make sense. It's like looking for a table from which you can understand that the ship is designed to move through the water, and the plane - through the air :)
The table will be small. CMYK is sanely supported:
in raster - PSD and TIFF,
in vector - PostScript derivatives (EPS, AI, PDF) and SVG.
Actually, in that narrow niche where CMYK is used, TIFF and EPS formats are the de facto standard, and PSD and AI are used for dense work inside the package from Adobe.
