Is there a program or site for cutting jpg images?
Given: there is a jpg picture, very large height 20,000 px >
It needs to be cut into small pieces to fill the site.
It will take a long time to do it manually.
Is it possible to automate the process somehow?

image magic to the rescue.
Or you can stir up macros / scripts in Photoshop
For example, using ImageMagick tools:
www.imagemagick.org/Usage/crop/#crop_tile
(keep in mind that the syntax for Linux is there, the features of working under Windows are described here, for example www.imagemagick.org/Usage/windows/#calculations )
How about doing this with the Nesting tool in Photoshop? In it, you can specify the number of rows and columns or the width and height of the sliced pieces into which you want to divide the picture. And then just save it.
