How to make sure the image is rendered correctly?

Faced with the feature of rendering images in Safari (desktop) and mobile browsers Safari, Chrome. Under certain circumstances (devices running on battery, high resolution image loaded in small block), the image does not fully load in these browsers, but the network tab shows that the image is fully loaded. After reproducing the bug, only clearing the cache helps. Is it possible to check with some browser method that the image is rendered with an error on the first load stage?
