Popular site / social network about sports with a Q&A section (like stackexchange): help me find

I suffer from programmerism: a sedentary lifestyle with all the consequences. I realized that this is not possible and I do not want more. Decided to change. Ever since school, I remember the instructions of the doctors that the pieces of iron are contraindicated for me. With sports in general, “you”, although for some time I was engaged only on the horizontal bar.

Rocking chairs, gyms, I do not recognize and can not stand. I would like to do jogging and home / park exercises without dumbbell-type shells in order to bring the general condition to the point where the pieces of iron are still possible. I'm afraid that if I run and start to “swing” incorrectly, I will only harm my health.

Question: is there any popular site / social network where I can describe in detail my condition, my limitations and goals, and the people will help with advice in compiling a program, or at least in entering the sport? Ideally something like stackexchange.

PS I'm not sure that the question is strongly related to the topic of habr (social sphere, website and sedentary lifestyle of programmers, admins and Co), but I think that it is relevant not only for me.

Look at fitocracy - there is a knowledge base / articles and you can communicate with other users.

I dare to give advice. From a sedentary lifestyle, problems with the spine follow. Swimming puts strain on the muscles and doesn't put strain on the skeleton, so it might work for you.
