Is there an app that can evaluate pages or tags given to it for activity? To know where the majority of the active audience is on a particular topic.

Pages (which are public, not personal profiles) in the "Statistics" section, at the bottom of the page, have a block with data. You enter similar pages and activity will be shown there (subscribers, number of publications and engagement).
Not much, but at least something.
