Poppins. Is there Cyrillic, and where does Figma get it?

I made a layout in Figma using the Poppins font - in the layout it is perfectly displayed in Cyrillic.

When it came to layout, it turned out that google fonts only had Latin characters. half-hour Google font in the form of files did not give any result - everywhere only the Latin version of this font. It seems that the Cyrillic alphabet does not exist, but where does Figma get it from then? I also checked in my local Fonts folder - there is no such font there ...

This is not Poppins, but some basic font like Segoe UI or similar. Poppins is not in Cyrillic
