Poor positions in Google, what's the problem?

There is a site - www.hotline24.ru
The site is in the top places for high-frequency queries in Yandex.
Behavioral factors are increasing day by day, but search traffic from Google is almost non-existent.
I don't know what is the reason, please tell me.

I would address these points:
1. Small number of unique referring domains;
2. Many pages with little content;
3. Normally arrange and optimize categories;
4. I would register separately in the robots for the bot according to the pictures;
5. Engage in meta tags (you have too long titles there, and all the rest are missing on the pages, including alt)
Well, if you run through it quickly

The first thing that comes to mind..
Launched an analysis of your site on a sample (already very large) results here.

Big problem in this place:

Backlinks - 13 325 pcs
Domains of these links - 10 pcs

The link profile should be more diverse.

Indexed in Google about 400,000 pages
In Yandex 54 000 despite this, the traffic from Yandex differs significantly.
