How will search engines treat accordion links?

Good afternoon.
Users have implemented an accordion on the site. I am attaching a screenshot.
To improve the user experience, I wanted to make hidden sub-items links to the corresponding sections.
The question is, anchors contain keywords (these are categories), all these links are wrapped in a div with display:none in a collapsed state - how will search engines react to this?
