Poor performance of a new laptop. What to do?

Bought a new laptop less than a week ago. It seems like it should fly, but in fact it thinks when working with a browser, undemanding programs, when opening folders and files. Turned off autoload. Telemetry corrected like, but it did not get better. Somehow, from time to time, it is better for him, sometimes worse. What to do? What processes and programs can be painlessly removed?
Acer Extensa 215-51G, 4GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce MX230 2GB, Intel i5-10210U 4x1.6GHz(Up to 4.2GHz).

Did you forget to turn off the power saving mode in the power consumption settings and switch to the productive one?

It's all about ssd and ram. SSD is either 120 in addition to hdd or instead of 240+.
Memory up to 8 gigabytes should be steadily increased.
All the videos are on YouTube, you can even do it yourself.

Maybe the laptop does not pull because of the OS? In principle, I have the same, but 2012. I increased the memory from 2 to 4 GB, instead of 8.1 I put 7, and that's it! It flies, sometimes I even play.
