A hand tool for an IT guy?

Colleagues.
Advise a set of the tool for the System administrator/IT-engineer/Low worker. All in one.
In order not to be sprayed on a hundred items.
Now I'm looking at something like:
ProsKit PK-4023BM telecommunications network kit ProsKit PK-2022BM
network kit
Task: Maintenance of a network of more than a hundred switches, IP video surveillance, optics, servers, telephony, computers, etc.
Stairs, laptops, etc. This is clear. Testers, crimps, connectors too. The software is clear.

Experience has shown that this is all a prank. Better a separate suitcase, fill it with what you need and put a piece of paper with names. Ready-made kits are usually not of the best quality, + all these rubber bands are complete garbage, especially if something needs to be replaced.

In my opinion, it's better to take Fluke's network testing tool, the laptop software -haneWIN LLDP Agent for Windows will also help, a very good thing, it shows the switch port if the outlet is turned off.

A pair of adjustable wrenches is clearly superfluous, but a set of different dies for crimping is useful.
I vote for PK-2022BM.

There, the sets are no longer for the administrator, but for the classic telephone operator / low-powered.
Useful for SKSnika there with a third of the suitcase.
It’s better for yourself to sit down and assemble a real suitcase, where there will be normal crimps, splits, testers, etc.
