Are there such switches (an unmanaged switch) that would itself be powered via PoE over a twisted pair and give the same power to devices connected through it?

I hope you understand that a PoE serial connection implies a possible failure situation, for example, of the same power supply unit on a PoE distributing node, what is the shutdown of the entire network connected behind this node?
