Given:
~19000 png images 32x32 in size from 1 to 4kb
Powerful PC
Task:
Compress all images as much as possible
Solution:
At the moment I launched OptiPNG on the entire folder.
Are there any other tools that would be useful to start free crawling on icons?

do not forget to make a backup before optimization) there is also imageoptim.com
for the poppy and it is advisable to run all these optimizers a couple of times - the result improves on the second run

My choice: "Color Quantizer" in "manic" compression mode, with zopfli iterations twisted in the settings somewhere under 10000!
